Oh I see .......One must be there to see it. Too bad but I can't remember the stats but some environmental groups recently came out with where Texas stands in relation to other states on air pollution [47 ?]and a few other categories .......Not good. His policies of not requiring old manufacturing plants to clean up their act pollution wise because these plants will soon be replaced of course has encouraged them not to be replaced! But then I haven't been there so what the hell do I know. In fact I guess that any American who hasn't been there isn't informed enough to have a realistic opinion either.
