Is prefetch misprediction the same as branch misprediction? I don't think this guy would forget to use the word "branch."

What is an "architect launch manager"? Is this the hardware equivalent of a political spin doctor?

It is difficult to understand what he is talking about, but it seems safe to say that whatever it is, it is a bunch of complete nonsense.
