JQP, my purpose in linking to the microturbine article was not to promote either that brand, or microturbines in general. It was just for the implications of the growing trend towards distributed power generation, a movement that is nearly totally dependent on ngas. Indeed, this trend is catching on even in regions of the country in which the local power utility is still based on coal (as witnessed by Cinergy's recent purchase of gas-powered microturbines).
