It's not just Hamburg, but also Berlin and other stock markets in Germany where the penny stocks are getting listed.

It used to be that all the dirt was on the Vancouver exchange. That exchange tried to clean up, so then the promoters (many of them located in Vancouver, for example the Rhombic people and the Turbodyne people) moved their activity to the U.S. OTCBB. At that time there were no reporting requirements, and things were wild, the way they are on the pink sheets now. Then the promoters discovered that they could get the stocks to move up by getting them to trade in Germany as well.
