Richard, or anybody: Any opinion on the laggard REITs reported in latest Forbes?

Here's a link to the list:

forbes.com

The symbols would be: CTR, HME, MHC, PKY, SHU, TCO, VNO

I might be interested in CTR for a several-year, buy-and-hold in a conservative, div. based portfolio (which already contains ARI,UDR,MLS,GTA (oops)). Anybody with any info. or opinion on CTR?

Richard-UHT isn't followed much at all by the investment community. Could you elaborate on what your thoughts are about this one? It appears they are buying up some of Charter's stuff (hopefully on the cheap).
Also do you have any comments on the REITs that own a spread of mobile/manufactured home facilities (ie CPJ etc) assuming you follow this sector? As always TIA. Bob
