On the subject of a major market top, Don Hays -- who has an excellent but not perfect record -- thinks we have already seen it in NAZ and will shortly in the rest of the market as well. He is looking for a major bear in 2001 and then a new secular bull to begin in 2002. But Hays is bullish on the dollar and bonds despite his bearishness on stocks.
