Keith, I agree with you that next year will be much stronger for Spinco than this year. I think 2001 will be the defining time for the superiority of CDMA in the minds of the common investor as the differences between systems becomes readily apparent, which is not the case now. My question is from an initial pricing standpoint. Why is it better to hold the IPO at a cyclical bottom, instead of waiting until next year? What is the spur to cause it to be done now?
