I have to believe, as has been written, that the etek experience taught jdsu exactly what they need to do to get this deal done, now it's just a matter of jumping thru the hoops. Don said on the CC that the December closure assumed the DOJ would ask for further review after the 30-day period. However, on the positive side, I would imagine it's in everyone's best interest (including NT, LU, GLW, et al) to have an early closure. Time's a-wasting. :) Pat
