Good question.... So, you insinuate that the French authorities share the same twisted interest as the Serb ones in helping as much Chinese immigrants as they can to land up in Western Europe! That's an obvious nonsense. At the very least you can trust the French police in its endeavours to crack down on illegal immigration --mainly because the final stop of most immigrants is France itself. Most Chinese are employed in Paris' underground clothing business (Le Sentier).

However, for the Serb authorities the immigration cashcow shows no drawback: all the Chinese "tourists" are just passing through. As soon as they get out of Belgrade's airport they go for Croatia, then Italy, then.... Besides, the French embassy in Beijing is certainly not giving away "tourist visas" like freebies!

No doubt about it: Milosevic is using the Chinese smuggling as a retaliatory device against Western Europe --maybe Nigerians are next! OOOoooh JEEZ!
