Michael, it may have something to do with the lack of support today. One must remember that most large companies will have several vendors - price, quality and service being determining factors. I agree with you that TVW could definitely be in the picture. Anyone remember the company that has a patent on all hyperlinks? I believe it is British Telecom, and the suit was thrown out - not much of a chance getting royalties on the basic "guts" of every website. Wouldn't it be nice if AXC found an old patent that encompassed all streaming video transmitted via the web? I'll wake up now.....
