Actually, my link show's Samsung makes x16 for both SDRAM and DDRSDRAM. Showing the 32MbX8's fit nicely in making the point you can get a 32MByte memory from one SDRAM or DDRSDRAM chip. Interesting to me that the only 256Mb chips in production from Samsung are SDRAM.
