I'd forgotten the direct sales via the internet which probably aren't included in the "retail" sales, but since I don't know what % of Palm/Handspring's sales are made via the direct route, I couldn't factor them in anyway.

My main point was that Palm derives 30% of its revenues from enterprise sales (a number I didn't have before, but which is in the Goldman report), and that pushes up their overall market share well above the 65% retail share, probably to around the 73% level that I came up with before.
