Probably means a new/different analyst. The availability of analyst information is really appalling. The only thing they give away for free is comment blurbs and upgrades/downgrades with the hope that the retail investor will act on it in the short term immediately. Its hard to even find the analysts name. And they certainly don't advertise his/her track record to the general public. You'll never see them giving away research report content, and earnings/revenue revisions--the things that really matter in the long term.
