I don't have any trouble understanding it. They don't have faith in the patents, or else they would hope DRDRAM dies so Rambus could collect higher royalties from DDR.

yeah the mistake they made was they got all of the memory under patent from edo on. some mistake. i feel another settlement announcement coming on. christmas is getting closer .rocky
