ahhaha,

I usually use Excite for things like sports scores, tides and sunsets, top stories. At the same time I have SI in another window and Google for searches. They do complement each other I guess. If one were to do each of these things better than all others I may only use that one. The cost to me is having more than one browser window open at the same time. That's not much cost.

What if I had a window open where I could drag Yahoo, the Nascar site to another space and finally drag my finance information to another space? What if I could toggle the Nascar to another related site by clicking on it?

What happens if one of the sites is overtaken by another site in what it presents to me? I drag it onto my customizable framework. What happens to the framework if the stuff inside is bad but is removable??? Nothing. It stays and the stuff inside is always exactly what each user wants.

Excite needs to change or it needs a bullet. Status quo won't work.
