Regarding the Micro-Caps. . once more. . .get a load of a Pct. Gainers list today. . .if you take the top 20 in as a group, it looks like the average percentage gain was about 45% and the average share price was about closed at just 4 bucks. . . meaning the biggest movers of the day were nearly all Penny Stocks!

So our efforts toward picking out some beaten down overshorted pennies over the past week were hardly in vane.

And then the question comes up. . . "what's the matter with the Tech Leaders?" And from that question, we may just get the answer to "Why is there no volume to this rally?" For a real rally to occur, we need the Leaders to Lead. . .
