LOL, INTCfan ... 'puritans?' Handicapping forecasts is a hell of an idea that may even apply to establishing 'proper board conduct standards' that the 'leaders' here seem to want to adopt as SOP (standard operating procedure.) Could be called something along the lines of: "Uncle Frank's Rules of Etiquette for Voltaire's Porch." Sorta like the Amy Vanderbilt 'school of thought.' <g> What say, Uncle Frank?
