Some might call it consolidation. The wash and rinse last year didn't really end until mid-October and wasn't it nice to have all that fresh laundry!!!! Quite a run after that consolidation. Patience and a trading vacation are always a nice solution. Pick up a few LT'ers here and there. QCOM at 55 etc.

Still standing aside on CRDS. Might buy tomorrow if it gets to 7. I think that Rande was pointing out that some of the best opportunities are stocks where everybody and their Grandmother has a short interest. Sooner or later it will unwind with a ping. The trick is to pick your spots or just stay out of that game. If you have ever played short you would notice that unless you are very quick, things will turn on you fast, because all of your peers move so fast. You cannot get greedy. Profit often is unquestionably a mainstay of the short. Momentum in its purest form. Look for the volume to quiet and pick your spot for entry. I stayed on the sidelines by luck here. I temporarily am without an AH broker and I just did not want to enter this one before the close and hold until morning.

I agree, its been a pain in the butt trading these last couple weeks. And I have been nipped by a couple trashy stocks running but after the initial horror, i kind of like seeing them return. Reminds me of the good old days:)
