This is definitely a "sleath rally", isn't it ?

I'm thinking this is what the market does when a larger than usual percentage of the trading volume is from 401Ks/IRAs on autopilot. Does $1 billion/day inflow have this affect ? I don't really know, but it seems reasonable.
