Hate to sound negative, but, I've seen it before too and it went back down to $16. I guess we'll see. DB

DT, i was chatting with DWC on the stock price yesterday as well

and we got one today, and a new trading range can be had above 18.50. I like the chart formation to give us around 21 if we clip 18.50.
But without news or a catalyst, i see a lotta non-committance to get us better than that area until late Sept.

And I WANNA be wrong. Just hanging around
