This is where I get in trouble but the financial reasons
on why I like LTX Corp.

1) Revenue, Earnings, EPS, Orders and margins are
trending in the right direction.

2) Balance sheet is much healthier (actually after a
secondary and debt conversion its quite healthy) and the
only dilution going forward should be options.

3) It has nice earnings and should continue to have a
solid b2b for 3 to 4 more quarters.

4) Downside next year it will not have a NOL sheltering
income. I wouldn't own after year end.

Still a risk but I have a 1/3 position and am looking to
buy remaining position(s) on a pull back early next week (see next post on the high pole)
