Hi Don Green; As far as I know, my earliest "DEAD, DEAD, DEAD" comment dates to the same day as the post I just gave you, Nov 26, 1999. It is possible that I used that phrase before, but it doesn't show up in my searches.

As far as a mainstream memory technology, Rambus is quite dead. Intel has now been forced to recognize this fact, and has ceased attempting to push it on the industry. #reply-12107435

Same day:
As a mainstream PC technolgy, Rambus is dead dead dead, and isn't going to come back to life. #reply-12107339

Why the big concentration on this question? Don't want to look the latest news in the face? I included the above in my previous post, why didn't you bother to read it? I think that you would rather do anything than think about the current situation.

P.S. Rambus - the company that let many billions of dollars of SDRAM be produced without taking any royalties, thereby failing to protect their patents, and failing in their fiduciary duties to their shareholders.
