DrBob...I think your right here..I disagree on Brogans forecast also. Historically this time of year is good for techs and the market as a whole. with the upper boundary on the downward channel broken yesterday (took awhile of continual pounding away) I think we might be in good shape here. Volume is picking up and has been a steady 2-1 ratio this week and breadth is improving and will continue to improve as this rally fans out. After 4070 (APEX of the rising wedge) I don't see much in front of us until 4289.
