I think your thinking is OK but why not work with puts and calls. Sell puts to pay for the calls and the deal is for free. the only risk you take is that the stock could fall consierably more and for this possiblity you have to have enoth cash or credit.. But this is a faint risk while the chance of a rise in call price is great. And if you shouold get stuck, you get it at a very low price and should make out in the long run Fred
