CS First Boston says NXTV stock "attractive" 08/25 09:06 CSFB SAYS NEXT LEVEL <NXTV.O> STOCK ATTRACTIVE FOLLOWING THE DOWNTURN NEW YORK, Aug 25 (Reuters) - WR Hambrecht on Friday said analyst Tim Savageaux maintained a strong buy on high-speed communications equipment maker Next Level Communications Inc. <NXTV.O> on Friday despite the more than 50 percent drop in the company's shares Thursday. --Credit Suisse First Boston said its analyst, James Parmelee, said the company's near-term visibility remains excellent. -- "Stock attractive following the downturn and despite the lack of upside at Q given current valuation of 11x 2001 sales," Parmelee said. -- Shares of Next Level on Friday were up 1 to 42-3/4 in the first minutes of trading.
