(Nasdaq: DIGL chart, msgs), a leading provider of optical networking products and technology, announced today that Dr. Bryan Zwan, the Company's majority stockholder, resigned as a director of the Company, effective August 22, 2000. Robert F. Hussey will fill the vacancy created by Dr. Zwan's resignation. Mr. Hussey currently manages a private investment portfolio.
