Looks like, I am going to have to have one rose bed re-done. We'll have to lift roses, rototiller the bed and plant roses. We won't do this until November or February.

Unfortunately, three new roses that I planted this spring have developed runners, which is very bad. I don't know if this variety will be discontinued, or if I will have to plant new ones.

Lady down the block has found someone to take care of her roses. They look great. I'll call them whenever I figure out what we will do with this bed. It looks pitiful.

It's so dry that I don't have too worry about very many weeds! (g). I also sprinkled Preen on the ground. Also, the perennials and the grasses are more invasive than the weeks, which is nice!!!!

Butt the poor roses...................And, I admit I neglected them because it was too hot to go outside.
