Andreas, So Gateway finally uses KT133. Only a matter of time now until Durons are available.

Good news on the Gateway 1100 MHz. The KT133 continues to serve our needs at work without complaint or problems.

It was also impressive to see Anand's adopting several AMD 1 GHz NT servers again using the KT133 chipset on MSI mother boards. The MSI is an excellent board and will be the home of MANY Athlons in the coming months. As posted earlier on this SI thread, I continue have trouble free fast performance from Athlon based NT server we built and have been using at work. I also have one at home that is also equally impressive, reliable and fast.

My experience with the Athlon both on Win 98 clients (work or play) and Win NT servers has been trouble free and rewarding. I wouldn't hesitate to "use them again" if the question ever arouse.

Kindest regards,
CrazyMan
