The hi/lo differential, in the manner I plot it, has not yet given a buy signal for the medium term. It's a very strict standard.

However it has flattened and in the same manner that indicator values of the hi/lo gave early and accurate signals before the last rally in early June...those signals are once again at or on the verge of giving buy signals here. I'm speaking of the indicator values, not the more conservative hi/lo.

It's still early and not a sure thing but I thought I would mention it. Here's the flattening hi/lo.

Keep in mind that what I mentioned above and the hi/lo are more mid term, beyond the next couple of days and don't predict today's action. They are merely a couple of the myriad of considerations.

Also keep in mind we are facing some weak resistance here IMO.

Another thing to remember is we're in an odd time frame, late summer with many of the big players on vacation till at least labor day.

Thanks, that's either the same site I'd seen earlier or at least as good. Here's another link directly to Hoover's "IPO Underwriter Scorecard," which gives the specific info I'd mentioned...
