Aus, I believe it was last October at the CC, Eli mentioned he thought the MemoryStick would be subject to royalties.

Ausdauer, whether the Sony Memory Stick is or is not subject to royalties due SNDK is an excellent question to pose to SNDK.

Please make the inquiry on behalf of all SNDK/SI shareholders and report your findings.
