Lockup expirey soon and the company announces calling off of a 4MM secondary. They at the same time express discontent with the stock price.

Make me wretch... These Greedy bastards are ready to dump on the open market and they say "Please give us a pop to sell into". They've got a lousy 22MM revenues and a market cap. of 1.8B. What a greased pig. I'll bet they do the secondary after Sanjay dumps his 2.5MM shares.
