My mistake. The 512MB PC133 is CAS (3,2,2) HSDRAM but is only one row high and unbuffered:

However, my 128MB Cas 3,2,2 runs fine at CAS2 PC133 and various testers say it works to 150MHz CAS2.

The 1GB and 512MB PC133 CAS2 are future products from Micron and they will be also available as PC1600 and PC2100 (DDR).

1GB is available as PC133 CAS3 Registered from Micron.

Again, my error.
