Can you believe that EMLX had "phantom news" . . and quickly dropped 60 points. . .where those that released the phoney "rumor". . .which made the real news. . . no doubt covered between 45 and 50 and walked away ROFL?! If ever there were items that the SEC should be focused on . . .it is false rumors, phantom news, frivolous class-action suits, company bashing biased media coverage and concerted "blind-sided" downgrades that targets a single company. . . for the purpose of tanking their stock and advancing a short position. Seems like EMLX freefall tanked the entire market! Far more people get hurt on these unethical and mostly illegal ploys than ever have on momentum runners. The Emulex Press Release was a fraudulent HOAX. . . plain and simple. . . and the perpetrators should join the Future Convicts of America Club.
