Claude, RE: FGX chart.

Base building in this sideways channel within a narrow trading range at the 6 level is a positive sign. Coupled with a long time OBV rise and STO deep in the oversold area, it would suggest a breakout to the upside is in development. However, the lower highs of the last few months is troubling, especially if it breaks below the 6 floor, as this would confirm the MA reversal. If, on the other hand, both MACD and STO start to diverge in relation to price (ie: MACD and STO turn to the upside with a crossover without advancing price) and follow through, it would be a very positive confirmation for the breakout, even with the MA reversal.

I checked Trade Station to determine which houses were accumulating. James Capel (house 81) has accumulated approximately 800k shares net @ 6 and below since Jan/00. Sold 70k last month @ 6.27 avg. This is about 4 times more than the next largest accumulation. They will be the one to watch for distribution in an upside move.

I've had this on the ticker for months, watching. PHPI from 5.30 in LT account.
