Revisions back to 1998? Sheesh, the CEO will probably be indicted!

I guess speculation (since no hard news) is they were restating due to revised GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Procedures), but I didn't think the GAAP revisions affected a company like EMLX. I thought the recent GAAP revision were with respect to B2B's reporting of revenue, mostly.

I dunno, you can bet we haven't heard the last of this.

what happens now? they can't reopen for trading for awhile I wouldn't think. what about those holding short? this reminds me of a stock 3-4 years ago, can't remember the name, ended up being delisted...just rambling.

I think the name of that one was centennial technologies.
