Jon, you can get them thru Charles Schwab fairly easily. Retail sales people won't know what you're talking about but simply tell them the traders know how to get it. Symbol, LORBF, Loral cv pfd C, $3.00. There listed now for sale in U.S. And you can get them for around $25/sh today. They were trading at 20 three days ago. They are convertible into 2 1/2 sh of common and mandatorily callable in about 5 years at $50 by the company. Yield to put is over 20% annually and current around 12%. best regards, bt
