You could be correct, but I think that there may be a proxy server involved (but I have not checked out the BlueKite technology) rather than a WAP server. I use Proxinet browser and server portal on a Palm (with my 14.4 kbps CDMA handset acting as a modem), and I get speeds "equivalent" to a V.90 modem, without that MickeyMouse WAP interface that Verizon supplies on the MickeyMouse handset display to go with there phone.com powered WAP server. Suprisingly brisk and useable.

Probably I should get up to the BlueKite site and attempt to figure out whats involved. I just took a quick glance yesterday.

WAP is TOAST!
