Re CNBC coverage: as I recall, David & Joe were trying to figure out the reason for the drop when they received a copy of the bogus news-item as reported on Bloomberg. It made an impression on me because David specifically said "we don't get the Bloomberg service here at CNBC," so they'd actually gotten their copy from a third-party who DID have access to Bloomberg. Then Joe read the Bloomberg version pretty-much verbatim, while still expressing a bit of caution about what it really meant...

What startled me was finding-out that CNBC doesn't receive the Bloomberg news-service -- why the heck NOT? Sure seems like they SHOULD, doesn't it?...
