Well I disagree. I don't think you can equate stock with real estate. There are many variables that can effect stock prices to the extreme as we have seen this morning. Now if that report had been TRUE, you would be breathing a tremendous sigh of relief that you got out before the carnage. I don't use stops for calling small moves in stocks, rather I set them at levels that I believe mark a change in the trend (usually around 20% off the high).
