Re: I can't imagine they have the resources to investigate every little trade that crosses. Barb, I think they REALLY want to stop people from issuing false news over the Internet. This is new territory since the Internet has only been around for a few years. I think they'd really like to catch this person/people and make an example out of them. If they don't catch the person, it sets a bad precident that people can get away with this crap. EMLX reopens at 1:30 EDT, think it might be a bit volatile? I bet it's under pressure, even though the news was proven a hoax. That seems to be the mentality of the mania. chic
