Could someone please sum up what's going on? I'm checking
in at work, can't read everything, but what in the name of
God is happening to this stock?

No one knows at this point WHO or WHY the phony press release was submitted. But the CEO states emphatically that it is/was NOT a sanctioned release and all information contained therein was completely false.

Speculation from news people is running the gamut of disgruntled employee to computer HACKER who accessed EMULEX computers.

This is very interesting. This morning I had never heard of EMLX, then suddenly I was getting ready to buy the blue light special at 60% off (45!!), now I'm slowly watching the 0(o) X 0 (o) RTQs climbing, first to 58, then 75, now for some reason at 65. It almost looks like a mountain disaster rescue: the rescue team is climbing down into the crevasse and bringing out the climbers (and bodies) in stages. When it's all reversed, will it open at 110 11/16?

Maybe this is more like a game of Monopoly at your gramma's, when somebody spills a Coke on the board. Time to sponge up the board, dry up all the fake money and start again on Go! Of course, my sister Charlene is gonna be mighty pissed since she had the 3 Greens AND Boardwalk and Park Place with 3 houses on each, plus the 4 railroads. I guess she knows how Bill Gates feels.

Why does this EMLX nonsense remind us of Milton Bradley board games so much (Clue, Monopoly)?

Come on, I've got the dice--open at 65!
