Gee that's strange. That posts of yours shows that Lynn Briggs was once the President of ZSUN. In the court papers they filed against you they say, "(regarding Lynn Briggs, who defendant Schneider has stated inaccurately is a former president of ZSUN)" Maybe they're right. Of course if they are right, then it would seem that Ziasun filed false information with the state of Nevada. Speaking of filing with the state of Nevada, hey Ziasun, don't you think you should. That DQ(Delinquent) status looks pretty "perthetic" for such a top shelf outfit as yourself. I know i'd never invest in a company that was delinquent on something like that. Of course your stocks demise is all the ZSUN8's fault. Shaaaahh. Gee, I wonder if, since apparently his name is still legally on the filing as President, if Anthony Tobin could be held accountable for company actions. BTW, ZSUN, long long ago JJS64 pointed out this Lynn Briggs presidency, and of course you updated the filing right after that. At that time JJS64 told you he had copies. He does, I do, should I send one to Floyd to scan and upload? Gray Cary Ware and Freidenrich, are you sure you don't want to amend that motion? Mr. Burns

You know, i've made a few posts about what was in the court papers. How about a post about what they left out, two things actually, the affidavits of Voyk and Francoise Goelo. I guess now that Voytek has seen the light and is telling the world how he was tipped off to ZSUN PR's before they came out, and other such despicable behaviour, they want nothing to do with him. As for Francoise. Well it says everything about him when even bottom of the barrel scum like ZSUN don't want to associate with him. LOL. CMB
