SPOO in congestion for a period of time now, near today's low. An attempt to push to today's low was met by a large volume spike that usually terminates movement in that direction for a period of time. So price is attempting to move up from here. 2:49 PM Looks like it will attempt to break out to the upside forming a kind of double obttom on the 7-min SPOO chart, albiet not clean. Which means price may revisit this area. Lets see when this happens if there is follow through. Bob Graham PS: BTW this is the type of market that BBs work well.
