NUZA: .017x.0225, news soon... Here is a response to my email. Expect some new news on their website soon. numagicpizza.com 1. There is no plan to do a reverse stock split in the chapter 11. 2. We will be reporting news continuously on our website under "current news" - an update to follow in the next few days. 3. We are in the process of filing our plan with the bankruptcy court. Depending on required revisions, etc., if all goes well, it should take about 3-6 months. Again, depends on revision requests. 4. We are current on all filings. The next SEC filing will be the 10K, which will be timely filed about mid October.
