Brookelise: Sounds very nice, but as is always the case, babes in the woods will get eaten by the gentle traders that toil on Wall Street who thrive on ripping out lungs for a living. Can't argue with you about most analysts, sales folks, etc. But believe me, market makers and specialists are far from being children of the market. And rest assured all have a right to speculate with their own money, but nobody has a right to profit.

BTW I do think intelligent small-time INVESTORS that take the time to learn about the market and do their own due diligence can have an edge on the pros due to the absence of being required to play the quarterly numbers game.
