Do you not think that a request by Rambus to the FTC to block shipments into the US of Nintendo machines will have an effect on the decision Nintendo's supplier has to make about litigating or settling with Rambus?

Rambus has a lot of legal pressure in their bag of tricks which they can use to influence a settlement. The Hitachi scenario was a lesson that the whole industry took REAL GOOD NOTICE OF.
