re: "Are you aware that AMD is having production problems?" Absotively and pozilutely correct. AMD's ramp is ahead of schedule. Its speed bin splits are better than projections. Its production of higher speed parts are coming earlier than its optimistic projection. Yields are better than projections. THESE ARE VERY REAL PRODUCTION PROBLEMS...AND, AS A RESULT, THEY ARE HAVING DIFFICULTY KEEPING UP WITH MARKET DEMAND!!!!! inteL's production problems, on the other hand, are much more conventional.
