Most of the trades made during the fraud period will be cancelled Jock...this is comforting, coming from a Chicago lawyer! Do you really think so? I did not sell, but I put in mkt orders which were filled at the re-open @ 127...this little fraud by the market makers just added insult to injury. I have formally requested Schwab to reverse the trades...now practicing for my flying leap that I will be invited to take...<gg> jj@justanotherdayininternutsville

CNBC just said all trades are final..I agree that QLGC sellers were the real losers. On the other hand stocks like RFMD also came down because of EMLX and I was able to buy some

Hypothetical: A guy shorts this @80 then watches it take off. He goes into today on a margin call and HAS to act today. He lucks out and covers @70. Now someone calls him and says"...oh, by the way, we're canceling your BTC and you are now past due on the margin call. You know a good lawyer?..." Very few made out today. "The real losers may be the people who took sympathetic losses in Qlogic"???? Jock, there are people here who bought @90, sold @60 and the bought back in @120 only to finish @105. I have no sympathy for QLGC, but prayers for those who were innocently trashed without knowing what had just happened. Sabre!
