I think that ATHM will be kept under 20 for the short term (until early next year) and then next year should be the year of broadband stocks (we'll see as next year draws closer). I think that by 12/31/01, we could revisit the 40s--but things have to fall into place for that rally to happen, which is why I'm keeping a close eye on things.

Unlike some others on this thread, I put my money where my mouth is. My trade was: bought at 14 1/4 and wrote covered calls, netting $2+, on the January 01 17 1/2s.

Once things turn positive, I agree that LEAPs are a fairly aggressive way to leverage. More risk than common stock and less risk via longer time frame than options, but the time value of money forces slightly higher premiums.
