Well, it is a relief to know that I am not the only one who has raised the objection<g>. Since my only point was that the world doesn't look appreciably as it was projected to look 35 years ago, I do not think embryonic implementation is the issue. Also, my sons schools have been "wired" in some sense, but computer time is limited, and not a primary element in instruction, nor is it in the programmed learning mode.........
